SMS Alert Notification Consent Policy

Real Digital Marketing provides automated SMS and voice notifications for both internal business communications and client alert systems.

Types of Messages:
Recipients may receive time-sensitive, non-marketing messages such as:
– Billing notifications, service renewals, or account-related updates from Real Digital Marketing
– Operational alerts on behalf of clients (e.g., equipment alerts, system notifications, incident response)

Opt-In Process:
Recipients are added to receive messages through one of the following:
– Becoming a client of Real Digital Marketing and providing contact information
– Employment, contractor agreements, or onboarding processes
– Client-provided contact lists of designated responders
– Direct opt-in to receive operational alerts

By providing contact information or being designated as a responder, recipients consent to receive these notifications.

Example Messages:
Billing: “CLIENT ALERT: Your monthly services are expiring soon. Please review your account.”
Operational: “ALERT: Boiler system issue detected. Reply 1 to acknowledge. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opt-Out:
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, they will no longer receive messages unless they provide consent again.
